software for uv unwrap

i am mostly using maya.... but for unwrapping, i need some apps which gives me less distortions and where i dont have to think about seams a lot...have tried headus... sort of happy....would be tryingothers..... so anyidea...for high quality output which software or method is preferred professionally...
